Named after three of our brewers who went rogue when creating this highly sessionable Hoppy Pale Lager, Tres Gringos Barbudos (3 Bearded White Guys) is cold fermented with lager yeast that allows for a clean tasting, low alcohol brew hopped with Simcoe, Centennial, and Chinook to add a slight hop complexity.

Poured from the tap into a pint glass at the Thomas Creek brewery in Greenville, SC. The appearance is a clear golden yellow with a small white head. The aroma is mild hops. The taste is smooth hops with a buttery finish.

On tap very near the brewery.
Excellent looks: clear golden body with a large white head that has limited retention but that leaves exceptional lacing.
Hoppy aroma with relatively high complexity. Mild bitterness, but plenty of hop flavor with citrus notes plus subtle notes of head and herbs. Clean, mild finish and aftertaste.
Medium+ carbonation with soft feel in a medium-light body.
