I randomly picked up this beer from Taps Brews in Summerville, SC. Apparently, it's not very well-known, as it's not on Beer Advocate yet. Here's the first review.
Very, very clear and extremely pale yellow. White one-finger head melts into beer after a few minutes. Lots of lacing.
Nice, crisp pilsner malt aroma. Nothing outrageous, but nice smell.
A nice pilsner flavor. Malty, yet adequately bitter. The bitterness sticks to the tongue. Crisp, refreshing, and slightly tart. A more "intense" flavor profile than even most good pilsners I've tried.
Light bodied. Appropriate for style. Medium carbonation. Not much else to say here.
This is a good pilsner. A nice alternative for someone who normally drinks any of the crap lagers out there.
