If you're into sours, here is your sour Saison. Hazy amber with a modest foam in the goblet. Acidic aroma with a grainy nose. Very tart on the tongue but with some lingering malty warmth. Yeasty but it doesn't have much of the Belgian character with all the acidity going on.
This is barrel aged, though it seems to have picked up the sharp character rather than any particular flavor. Pretty much unlike any Saison I've had, though I may have led a sheltered life. From what appears to be a 375 ml bottle, even though the label is from a 750. Purchased at Draper's tasting room in downtown Roseburg.
