Nose of grass, malt, cereals, faint floral, caramel, orange peel, soapy. Taste lots of malt, slight vegetal, citrus, tobacco, hint metallic, bitter finish. Not a very good Saison!

330ml bottle served in a Duvel tulip glass.
A: Pours a bit cloudy dark orange to reddish color forming a medium creamy and soapy white to light yellow head. Good retention and tons of molasses lacings left in the glass
S: Very fruity and spicy in the nose. Notes of black pepper, flowery hops and sweet grains. A bit metallic
T: Slightly sweet malts upfront followed by a peppery and flowery taste. I little bit tart but much more bitter than tart. In overall, the taste is quite dry. Metallic sensation in the mouth too. Fits perfectly to the style. Good surprise
M: Light and watery in the mouth. Light body and medium to low carbonation. Bitter and peppery aftertaste
O: Great drinkability. Great bitterness. Nice Saison
