On tap at Figueroa Mountain Brewing Company in Buellton, CA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy off-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, Belgian yeast, and citrus aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus and Belgian yeast flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that has a nice use of Belgian yeast that doesn't overpower the hop qualities.
