Can brewed 08/01/2021.
Clear light amber ale with a tall white colored head.
Smells of caramel and malt. Toasted grain scent and noble hops. Smells like a German beer.
Starts out Dry for the style. Wheat cracker malt and a mild sweetness. Hoppy for the style. Tastes of hay and spicy wood. Hop level is high enough that it tastes a bit soapy.
Mouthfeel is a bit light for the style.
Overall it is OK. This is very dry for the style.
