On Tap at La Quinta Brewery Tap Room. Pours a mostly clear golden color. Smell had citrus fruits. Taste was citrus forward with grapefruit and oranges small amounts of melon and peach. A soft mouth feel with very little bitterness. Very nice

Served on tap in a pint glass

Appearance – The beer is served a golden amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a good level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave some nice levels of lace on the sides of the glass.

Smell – The aroma of the brew is strongest of a citrus smell mixed with some tropical fruits of mango and papaya.

Taste – The taste begins with a somewhat more crisp cracker flavor that has a decent showing of citrus right from the start. There is a decent showing of a grapefruit hop upfront, which increases a bit as the taste advances and is joined by some lighter herbal and floral hop flavors. All the while the little bit of tropical fruit flavor that was present upfront, fades some, and in the end leaves on with a somewhat drier and moderately hopped taste to linger on the tongue.

Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is average in thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is average as well. Overall the feel is pretty good for the style and the flavor profile and makes for an easy drinker.

Overall – A well rounded and drinkable pale ale overall.

Had a pint on tap at the Happy Valley Mellow Mushroom last night for the HH price of $2.75.

Beer was served golden with a nice white head.

Nose had notes of mango and grapefruit.

Taste had contributions of grapefruit, mango, with a light pine finish.

Mouthfeel was light and very refreshing.

Overall an enjoyable APA that i am glad to have had the opportunity to try!
