This is really quite good, and Kölsch is a style that could use a little experimentation. The hops are used with restraint and provide some interest but the result is highly quaffable. Even perfumey as the typical German Kölsch, though more of the hop flavors. Tastes of lime peel with a hint of pineapple and green herbs. Quite zingy with a dose of acidity. Pours a clear golden amber with piles of long-lasting foam in the big wheat beer glass. Lush and sudsy in the mouth. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's. Canned on 05/09/2023.
