On tap at Select Beer Store. Poured (perfectly) into a Weizen glass with a nice, thick, white frothy head. Great aroma--banana, citrus. Plenty of flavor--banana to spare. Not overly carbonated like a lot of other hefs. A very pleasant surprise. Not as good as Weihenstephaner, of course, but one of the better hefs I've had.
