L: Pours a cloudy orangish yellow color with a medium smooth creamy head and no lacing on the glass.
S: Strong fuzzy peach, with an underlying note of Chardonnay and nice notes of sour, tartness and a light sweetness.
T: Peachy notes hit the nose first, followed by a smooth Chardonnay, sour tartness and some sweetness. Very interesting sour beer.
F: Smooth and easy drinking
O: Very enjoyable and slightly unique sour beer.

The beer is a hazy light orange color with a huge white head that dissipated quickly.
Mostly peach aroma, a little vanilla.
Tart peach taste, vanilla. White wine aftertaste.
Nicely tart. A great beer to have on a summer day.
