Had on-tap at La Cumbre Brewing in Albuquerque, NM
Appearance - Served up in a snifter-style glass, mostly clear and orange-ish color with a salmon hue. Thin, broken layer of suds. Broken lines and spotting make up the lacing.
Smell - Fair berry and tartness with a hint of salinity.
Taste - Follows the nose. Decent pomegranate flavor upfront before nice tartness kick in along with some fair salinity. Not much else
Mouthfeel - Light-bodied with fair, tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker with a slightly dry finish.
Overall - Good gose, but it could have used a bit more pomegranate flavor IMO. The salt punch wasn't quite ideal, either. Maybe a bit more salt would've elevated the pomegranate?
