Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear pinkish-peach hued amber color with a one finger head of pink tinted foam. The head fades fast leaving a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heavy of a sweet peach smell mixed with big aromas of raspberry. Along with these smells comes a little bit of a bready malt and a touch of hay.
Taste – The taste begins with a sweeter peach and raspberry flavor mixed with some other flavors of apricot and a touch of a cracker malt. At the same time there is a lighter sourness of green apple and lemon, both of which get stronger as the taste advances. The raspberry also gets a bit stronger and is joined by a little bit of grass and hay, mixing with the rest of the flavors to leave a slightly sweet and tart fruit taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is higher. For the style and the taste the feel is great and makes for a nice crisp sipper.
Overall -A nice easy drinking fruited sour.

Sampled January 2022.
Pours a very slightly hazy peach color with a quickly dissipating head of foam. Aroma is peach. Taste is peach. It's a peach sour. There is a very slight taste of raspberry, though barely there. The beer is sour, not tart but mildly so, refreshing and clean.

Bought from Tavour. They classify it as a "fruited sour," a style not on BA. Vivant does call this a "sour" for they blend a sour ale into Raz Peach. But, they also blend in a fruited farmhouse ale; and it seems to me this is the base. Also, there is very little sour about this ale; it is mostly sweet and tart. Because Paz Peach is a creative blend and it is balanced, I classified it as a saison.
Brewing nomenclature aside...
This is a delicious ale. It also hit the spot as designed: "a transition from summer to fall" from Vivant's website's beers-on-tap. For me, today was a warm harvest day and I needed refreshment.
Raz Peach Looks like an average saison (too little foam lasts, but that pink is novel.) It Smells mostly of peach (sweet) with raspberries for enough tart. Tastes largely follow in this integrated ale; but until the end, I sense that the yeast is still working the malt like a good saison... even if to mostly complement the fruited content. Raz Peach sits so refreshingly in my mouth that I cannot describe it.
OA: Delicious. My big mistake was I only bought one from Tavour.
I am becoming a fan of Vivant again and I want to visit again soon. They really are blending brewing into the kitchen in very creative ways. And their commitment to their community is impressive. A Sante" !
