This is just what the doctor ordered. A brew with loads of taste but not a big load.
It pours a lovely gold with some fizz. Translucent.. The aroma is weak but a nice floral and yeasty smell. The taste is a very mild yeasty, slightly tart. It is easy but not insulting and it lingers on the tongue for a while.
Recommended, I did not see a date on the can, but I am pretty sure it was not fresh, but that isn't super important for the style.

12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 3/30/2018. Pours moderately hazy medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Good appearance. Aromas of lemon, orange peel, pear, red apple, coriander, chamomile, peppercorn, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, orange peel, pear, red apple, coriander, chamomile, peppercorn, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness, yeast spiciness, and wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange peel, pear, red apple, coriander, chamomile, peppercorn, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, biscuit dough, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, fairly crisp, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.1%. Overall this is a very good witbier. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, spices, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV, a little too heavy on body. A little underwhelming, but otherwise spot on style expectations. Touch heavy on the banana. Very well balanced Wit yeast, spices, and pale/wheat malts; with mild earthy hops against sweetness. A very enjoyable offering.

White Water Witte brewed by Lager Heads Smokehouse & Brewing Co., with an ABV of 5.10% This Witbier pours in a pint beer glass a cloudy amber color with a nice white head. There is a nice amount of lacing to this brew, it sticks to the side of the glass well. This is an unfiltered brew, you can not see though this brew. White Water Witte , has the look of most wheat style brews on the market, not saying that is a bad thing. The smell of Witte is rich with citrus sweetness, mild spices. You also pick up a nice amount of grassy grains and malts. The hops are mild in the smell. Now for the taste, it is Bold with flavors. You frist pick up the wheat notes and citrus flavors in this brew. The spices are a nice touch to this brew. The body of Witte is a solid medium, this is a super smooth drinking brew. There is nothing overpowering about this brew it has a super nice balance to it. If you are a fan of wheat brews you should look this brew up. The mouth feel is Citrus, Rich, Bold, Clean, Spicy, and Refreshing. Overall I'm going to give White Water Witte a solid 4 out of 5. I would definitely look this brew up again giving the opportunity too. Lager Heads Smokehouse & Brewing Co.did a real nice job with this brew.
