I tried this at the brewery. It poured a nearly opaque dark with off white head that did not leave any lace. The scent had faint roast and pear. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with earth and malt base. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a decent beer.
