Feeling Tangerous brewed by Lager Heads Smokehouse & Brewing Co, with an ABV of 6.00% This New England IPA pours out of a 12oz can into a pint beer. The color is a nice hazy/ cloudy amber color with a nice white head. There is also a nice of lacing to this brew, it sticks to the side of the glass well. The smell is Rich with citrus notes mixed with hop bitterness. There is also a nice amount of earthy grains and malts in the smell as well. So far, Feeling Tangerous is a nice inviting brew. Now for the taste, it is Bold with flavors. You first pick up on the tangerine citrus , then the hop bitterness. The earthy notes from the grains and malts makes it nice an smooth. There is nothing overpowering about this Feeling Tangerous, it has a super nice balance to it. I can't get over how smooth this brew goes down. It is really hard to pick up on the 6.00% ABV in this brew. The body of this New England IPA is a solid medium. This brew would go nice with lunch or dinner. The mouth feel is Bold , Rich, Citrus, Clean, Smooth and Refreshing. Overall I am going to give Feeling Tangerous a solid 4 out of 5. I would definitely look this brew up again givin the opportunity to. Lager Heads Smokehouse & Brewing Co, did a super nice job with this New England IPA.
