Pours a clear honey orange with a finger of rocky head that slowly settles to a thin cap with plenty of lacing. Faint citrus aroma. Taste follows nose. Well balanced, clean finish.

Not much going on with this one. 4-pack bought from the source in Port Angeles. No canning date. Maybe it is old? The name and the logo are (by far) superior to what’s inside the can.

Pint consumed at Barhop Brewing on 3/30/21.
Amber and golden hues with a thin layer of white head.
A moderate level of tropical fruits and pine in the nose. Some sweetness and biscuit.
Flavors follow the nose with some bittering in the finish. Emphasis on the pine flavor, but balanced out by its citrus notes.
Mouth feel is smooth and soft. Hardly any astringency or effervescence.
A very well-balanced and delicious West Coast style IPA that pairs nicely with food. Not overwhelming, but assertive.

The body starts light amber at the top, darkening to burnt gold at the bottom, topped with a thin white film.
Smells of sweaty peach, orange, grapefruit, rug and pine sap translate to flavors of orange, lemon, graham, pungent pine and peach with a soft but full body and a semi-bitter, semi-wet finish.
