32oz crowler dated 3/30/21 poured into a Teku on 4/2/21.
1" of creamy head. Fizzy and dissipates quickly. Opaque brown, maroon colors. No lacing.
Aromas of caramel, bready sweetness, with a little spice and ginger.
Tastes like sweet caramel, spice, and ginger cookie. Alcohol is imperceptible.
Medium-bodied mouthfeel. Effervescent and astringent. No alcohol burn.
A very tasty Imperial Rye Ale that hides its high ABV with sweet caramel and a touch of spice. Very good.
