This is a slightly thinner amber ale. It's an easy drinker, and, okay. Nothing really standing out. Just tastes like a beer to sip and drink and, whatever. No flair. No disaster though either. I guess I just don't have anything interesting to say about this one; so you can take that as an indicator.

A: Copper orange in color, completely translucent, pretty strong internal carbonation, pours a small white foamy head
S: Not incredibly fragrant, light citrus, tropical fruits, a little sweet and sour, even some fresh apple to finish
T: Begins a bit sour, transitions to a light citrus, some mild hop flavor, a bit weak in terms of intensity, but still well balanced and drinkable
M: Very smooth, light citrus aftertaste, not drying or overpowering, but not surprising given style and abv
O: A smooth and mild red, nothing too exciting, but certainly smooth and decent tasting

Serving Type - 22oz bottle
Appearance - Copper tan/brown, 1/4 inch creamy head with minimal lacing.
Smell - Malty, sweet citrus notes, orange, caramel, a little apple and toffee at the end.
Taste - Sweet malts with a nice mild citrus hop bitterness. Caramal and apple are a featured flavor. Has a grassy/lemon taste near the finish. Some spices and a little toffe/brown sugar also.
Mouthfeel - Pretty smooth and easy to drink. Tounge gets malts, some hops and sweetness. Palette gets remaining malts and sweet sugars. Aftertaste is pretty mild and malty.
Overall - Decent, easy to drink and low alcohol. A good beer but nothing groundbreaking or special. Kinda too light and typical for its own good. Its worth a drink but there is better stuff out there. Not up to par with the rest of the great brews from the kettle.

A bomber bottle from Vintage Estates.
A: The amber ale is coppery, more towards the orange end of the spectrum. Still translucent though. The head is insignificant.
S: Ample caramel, sweet and syrupy, pared with toffee. The sweetness leads into biscuit and toasted malts. Hops are at a premium, only the faintest of bitter aromas.
T: The sweetness is strong, covering up a citrus bitterness. That bitterness doesn't last long though, allowing the caramel to return and run rampant over the ale. Cloying at times, the hops need to be a little more assertive to balance the ale out. Too malty.
M: I didn't feel like finishing off the bomber, just too caramelly and sweet.
