I got overexposed to Brew Kettle last week. I had a couple of these anniversary specials and then I took my family to the Mentor Brew Kettle to eat and drink (first time). That ended up being a deep dive into Brew Kettle, and frankly, it did not live up to the scrutiny (especially the restaurant). This, however, is great. It might even be better than White Rajah, which is a very good West coast style IPA.

This pours a slightly dark yellow with great fizz. The aroma is excellent, pronounced, hoppy, skunky. The taste is a bit drier and more bitter than the original, and it works. They could have added just a tad more malt and it would have still worked, but this is a winner as-is.

Recommended. Excellent tinkering on a good recipe.

This is part of their White Rajah 10th Anniversary series. Canned on 6/15/21. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with some haze to it; fluffy off-white head that fades leaving solid retention and lacing. The aromas have some tropical notes along with some crackers and fresh bread. Malts are there. The flavors basically follow the nose for the most part. More tropical fruits along with some citrus as well. Some pineapple, coconut, orange and grapefruit coming through. Hints of fresh grass in the mix. Solid bitterness. Malts do their thing. Alcohol basically goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, smooth and easy to drink.

This is a solid IPA. It might not quite be on the level of the regular White Rajah or some of the variants, in my opinion, but it's still good. It's enjoyable stuff.
