Limited Edition brewed for the 10th Anniversary of White Rajah. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with a subtle haze; small white head that fades leaving decent retention and nice lacing. The aromas have lots of crackers. Mild hints of lime. Malts are there. The flavors are bolder than the nose. Lots of pine leading the way. Hints of grapefruit and lime. Some fresh grass. Subtle hints of garlic and onion in the finish. Nice solid bitterness. Malts do their thing. Finishes dry. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. It's fluffy, sharp, smooth and easy to drink.
This is a solid IPA. Solid bitterness. It's not the craziest IPA ever, but it's still enjoyable stuff. It's simply a solid old school, classic and traditional example of the style. Not bad at all.
