Brewed in collaboration with Noble Beast, this, kellerbier (young fresh lager) was made with a unique malt for a red hue and unique toasty character. For a noble hoppy finish we “Krausen Hopped” to impart a floral, spicy finish. Perfect for cleaning up your lawn after this long winter. ‘Cellared to perfection’

12 oz can poured into a mug. Mugging it up. This pours a reddish brown with a cream head that fades relatively quickly. It smells malty and a little sweet. It has a crisp flavor, malty with carbonation and some residual sweetness. Mid-body, creamy. I would say it's very bready, fairly peppery. Finishes with some bitter hops like a jab to the face.
So, finally got to try this collab from two beloved local breweries. It's a style I haven't had in a while.
