Served on tap at Cleveland Oktoberfest
A- Poured a orange brown color with one finger of frothy head that left some lace
S- Lots of smoke and some malty nutty qualities
T- Lots of smoke, nutty malt qualities, some fruity esthers, and wood qualitites.
M- Smooth, creamy mouthfeel, with some good carbonation
O- The smoke qualities were very dominant. There was a lot of sweetness to balance out the smokiness, but the smokiness was too dominant for me to get this again unless I was at a bonfire.
