Poured from tap, the body is a hazy dark amber with off white head. Good lacing.
Aroma is mild banana with light floral notes.
Taste is clove, figs and banana. Heavy malt balances the other flavors. A wee bit of spice on finish. Dries up nicely.
Mouthfeel is very good with medium carbonation.
Enjoyable strong weizenbock.
