To Celebrate our 30th birthday, we invited 30 brewers who have once worked at TBK - over the last 3 decades - to help us collab on our special release, "Take 30". This special IPA may in fact be one of the most special beers we have produced at TBK.... the passion, the comradery and memories can be enjoyed in every sip as we celebrate 30 years of excellent beer, food and culture.

Amber-tinged yellow, transparent with a thick, foamy white head and lacing. Piney, floral notes on the nose - I'm getting some acidic citrus, primarily orange and grapefruit. There is a distinct floral quality to taste; that is subsumed in the end by the piney bitterness and lighter elements of citrus. The malt definitely fits the notion of a bright, sweet finish. Pretty solid - mid in body and carbonation.

This is quite enjoyable. Has a uniqueness to it because of the funky floral flavor. Fitting for such an elaborate one-off.

I got a 4pck of tall boy cans of this beer from my local meijer store. It poured a hazy golden with thin white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had subtle tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright sweet malt base with dank tropical fruit presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Pours a gold straw color with a quickly dissipating head. Starts with a floral taste that fades into a piney resin as the beer warms in the glass. Tropical notes and funk together. This is pretty darn good.
