A traditional Milk Stout with additions of milk sugar for added sweetness. We then add cocoa powder and melted belgian chocolate in the boil and "dry spiced" with an organic coconut flakes after fermentation.

Body pours a dark brown with a good head. Modest lacing.
The aroma s taste are basically the same. The stout has a definite sweetness from the milk sugar and added chocolate. The coconut flakes only add a low key flavor. The mix is an easy drinkable stout
Carbonation is good but I'd prefer a chewier mouthfeel. A tad thin considering all that's in the beer.
Overall a solid winter stout that would be interesting to try if barrel aged.

Had this on 20025-01-28 near Pittsburgh, PA from a 12oz can
L - Very dark brown with a 4-finger brown head with great lace
S - Choclate, brown bread, hint of anise, vanilla, earthy spice
T - Echos the smell very closely with the addition of substantial coconut
F - Medium body and light-medium carbonation. Smooth
O - A pleasant, flavorful brew that would go nicely with desserts.

Drinking from a can I brought back from Ohio.
Pours a nice dark brown/black color. Almost opaque.
Nice thin, filmy brown head.
Chocolate nose.
Very strong coconut chocolate taste. Strongest I yet encountered.

12oz bottled 05/30/19 (2 months ago) poured into a tulip pint glass at fridge temp 5.75% ABV 22 IBU. The beer pours dense dark brown with mahogany highlights and mocha colored head. The head recedes to a fat ring and leaves a little lacing. The aroma is as advertised with chocolate and coconut, but I also get some coffee and caramel. The taste is semisweet with coconut in the lead and the chocolate, coffee and roasty flavors competing for second place. The coconut is a touch artificial. Bitterness is mild. The mouthfeel is full bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, very good. Looks & aroma are world class. I'm not a big coconut fan, so I could have used a touch less of that and more chocolate and roast malt. Do not pass on this one if you like coconut.
