Cloudy straw-yellow with a small top off white head that dissolves quickly.
Aroma is of grains, grass, bread, lemon and herbs. Taste is dry with some grassy and herbal notes, I also sense some light malt notes in the back. The finish is bitter with grassy and herbal hop notes. Mouthfeel is smooth and soft, but i would like it more crisp. Medium carbonation with a medium body.
A decent pilsner for a hot day, but you find far better examples of this style out there.

-Best before 07.19.18. Consumed 07.14.17.
A: Nice haziness on a golden-orange colored body with a strong macro-bubbly show. A dirty white head is creamy in texture and slight in size, providing a slight broken ring lace.
S: Soft fruity hay scents, along with soft melon and honey dew. Fresh corn and barley stalks. Moderate awareness. Still respectable 1 yr. past bb date.
T: Creamy wheat base, soft flowery hops, along with some dry grains. Lightly dry in nature, dried corn on the finish with some dried greenery. Grainy dust coating on the tongue upon the swallow.
M: Light bodied, soft feel, smooth with little carbonation.
O: Easy drinking, decent amount of hops for a german style pils. Dry grain powder finish. Nice to kick back to the classics after being bamboozled by hop heavy ipas for so long. Still a lot of respect for the fine german style malting and clean craftsmanship.

From Carrefour. In Teku glass. Playing Tales Across Time. Decent pilsner. Nicely malty smell, a bit less in taste but providing a decent and refreshing experience

This is almost tasteless cold (above fridge temp).
At cellar temperature it's drinkable but weak; has little pils character - no lemony hops, no nice bitter finish. It's got a little sweet-lemoney vibe going on in the middle, but the finish is empty yet manages to taste poorly.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 2A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown. AROMA: grainy malt aroma with a very faint grassy hop note. clean lager profile. APPEARANCE: very pale straw color and very hazy with a lot of material in suspension. thin white head with poor retention. TASTE: watered down grainy malt flavour with some straw notes. low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. no hop flavour. PALATE: low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a very poor example of a german pils.
