Bottle 0.5L.
Slightly hazy golden body with a large, frothy, white head, mostly lasting with some nice lacing.
Moderate malty (bread, cereal) and light hoppy (grass) aroma with notes of yellow fruits.
Moderate sweet and light-to-moderate bitter flavour; short balanced finish.
Medium body with watery-to-oily texture; soft carbonation.

500ml bottle. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of bread crust, caramel, toffee and floral notes. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with a mild bitterness.

Pours an unfiltered amber color with a soft, pillowy, big head.

Smells of overcooked lentils, soft yeast, light straw and noble hops.

Has a soft and refreshing mouthfeel with a light and perfectly balanced body.

Tastes of earthy toffee, whole grain bread dough and dry, yeast entangled, smooth hops. Turns a tad more sprizzy then, due to the higher effervescent hitting the palate, making the hops in this appear even more prominent. Finishes smooth, creamy almost, with a long lasting dryness, a note of caramel and rye bread.

Great Helles with a fantastic mouthfeel, hop flavor and balance to it.

I like this beer !
Alcool: 5%
Look: hazy (unfiltered)
Foam: normal
Laces: > normal
Smell: normal (herbal, simple)
Bubbles : normal
Taste: not too thin. Certainly not complex
Aftertaste: >> this is the main point, a lasting bitter aftertaste.
Perfect ''easy beer'' for the everyday use.

the bottle looks a bit different in the U.S. the label had a large castle like building on the front.

pours a weaker head with a slightly darker hue than usual. mild lace. a bit of murky yeast... the color of a good saison but not as cloudy. nose is apples malt. palate is soapier pine. crisp and clean... not fruity really. one dimensional hoppy mint floral and that's just about it. simple... not too 'bright'.

This is a hazy, cloudy beer. The head is not very impressive. It's somewhat thin and short-lived. The aroma is yeasty, with a little malt and just a faint european hop smell. Nothing spectacular. The taste is moderately sweet, with a notable yeast and pale malt flavor. It's not as clean as most Helles sytle beers, but it's certainly a pale lager. I like the yeast profile, but all the flavor's don't fit together very well. The beer is of medium body, and relatively low carbonation. I was a little dissapointed in this one.

Full blond colour, a bit too dark for the style (but it is unfiltered). Normal foam, not too persistent.
Malty smell, of cooked malt (wort); fresh hop, bread (yeast).
At the taste you can feel the effect of the unfiltered: feelings of "granulous". It is a "warm" beer, a little far from what you can expect by the style. A lot of sweet and malt.
Quite good body.
