Hazy and dark, this orange beer is loaded with yeast. The head starts as a huge tower, but doesn't last very long at all. The aroma is full of a variety of fruit. Lots of orange, lemon, and grapefruit. There's almost no banana in the smell, but there is a raw wheat smell, and lots of yeast. The beer is moderately dry, but gives the impression of sweetness from the citric qualities. Carbonation is high, giving a prickly and rough mouthfeel. Yeast is a dominant quality in the taste. Medium body, the beer isn't as refreshing and enticing as other Hefe's. No hop presence at all. Not a bad beer, and I enjoyed it on a springlike February day...to be honest, though, it misses the mark. This is a showcase for wheat, citrus, and yeast, but the flavors I most like in a good hefe are missing.

Hazy orange appearance, quite carbonated. A lot of foam, but quickly falling down, and even not too beautiful for a weisse.
At the smell, strangely, apple. Then cloves in background. Almost no banana.
The taste is closer tof a weisse, even if the banana is still missing. Simple, but without problems. Drinkable, even if lacking interest.
Same for the aftertaste. Just some yeast and cloves.
