Brown color with beige head. Aroma has some slightly toasted malts but not much going on. Taste is also malty, slightly nutty, overall on the sweet side. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it's a decent beer.

First - this beer is marked as retired - but now available here (Germany) with a best-before-date of December 2015.

Looks good, darkish red with a medium head which faded fairly quickly, with a couple of traces of lacing.
Smell was: black tea tannins, caramel, alcohol.
Taste is as per smell, but unfortunately medicinal-alcohol is foremost, then black-tea/tannin, caramel/malt, followed by a nice bitterness carried on a well balanced carbonation - but then the medicinal-alcohol kicks in again with a dodgy sweetness in the finish :(
