From the bottle, it pours a light hazy amber color with a white head that lasts a while. Scent has citrus notes and malt. The taste is nicely malt with hop notes. Enjoyable.

Riedenburger Dolden Hell
Pours a clouded golden color with a noisy, smaller head.
Smells of lime zest, garden herbs and straw among caramel and light oranges.
Has a light, refreshing mouthfeel with a bubbly, sparkly effervescence, making this very refreshing and easy drinking.
Tastes of wheat, sweet toffee and dry, balancing hops. Has a refreshing, bubbly middle part, involving a mineralic note, which tones down the caramel in this quite well. Finishes light and sweet, with an orange forward, lemon dry hop backbone, adding a pleasant bitterness to the brew.
The unusual hop composition in this makes the beer a little less a Helles and a little more a Pale Ale, bit its balance convinces nevertheless.
