Poured from 12 oz bottle into pint glass. A thick white pillowy head falls slowly with mild lacing. Color is hazy light amber with moderate streaming carbonation. Aroma is dominated by citrus and fruit with a background of biscuit. Mouthfeel is light and watery with a dry, astringent finish. Flavor is a bit thin. Hops are dominate with malt balance lacking. Overall: average.
