Poured from 12 oz bottle into schooner glass. Pours a 2 finger white head with mild lacing. Color is hazy yellow gold. Aroma of lightly toasted malt, cracker, fruity esters, and lemon. Mouthfeel is light and frothy with a somewhat dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, cracker, golden raisin, citrus, pine with a lingering hop sting. Overall: good but not the best.

Look: It pours golden with a white head. Head retention is moderate.
Smell: It has a strong biscuit aroma with a hint of fruit and dough.
Taste: The flavors are biscuity with a slight earthly presence. It has a bit of spiciness to it with low fruit most like dried cherries.
Feel: It has a moderately light body and high carbonation.
Overall, the biscuit malt flavors are dominate and the other flavors provide varying degrees of support.
