Thanks Mike. This was poured into a mug. The appearance was a murky semi-dark brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a mild pace. Light stringy lace. The aroma had some grainy sweetness, some herbal qualities, semi-sweet dark fruits, light nuttiness and a decent caramel malt base. Some earthy hop features were extremely light. The flavor leaned into the sweetness of the combination of the previously mentioned aromas. Light breadiness, some toast. All wrapped together into the aftertaste to follow into the finish. The feel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good, somewhat light. ABV felt appropriate. Overall, I’d say a pretty good brown ale worthy of having again.

Appearance - lightly hazed brown with garnet highlights, very little carbonation, almost no lacing
Smell - light roast, pumpernickel bread, slight molasses
Taste - much like the nose - lightly roasted grains, toasted pumpernickel bread, and a very faint sweetness like an almost unsweetened molasses
Mouthfeel - light and a bit thin and watery. Carb is extremely light, too light in fact. I'll finish this bomber because the flavor isn't bad, hope this was just a bad bottle.
Overall - hard to say. A very rough poor barely induced a cap - barely any carb. The flavors aren't bad - I'll try to find this again or have it at the brewery and update my review.
