Served on tap in a shaker pint glass.
L- Dark roast coffee, tiny bit of light coming through, very light white-brown head.
S- Lemon, vinegar, tiny bit medicinal, a tiny amount of roast.
T- Similar to aroma, lemon, vinegar, medium sourness, good level of sweetness that complements the sour nicely. Little bit of roast on the finish.
F- On the lighter side of medium.
O- This one really surprised me as it comes from a pretty small local brewery. Has all the things I look for in a sour and not too medicinal which can be a problem with sours.
