Orange with a light haze, moderate carbonation and half finger of yellowish head.
Smells of pumpkins and pumpkin spices, and a little malt. Slight vegetal quality present.
Taste follows the nose, it has a hint of sweetness but is overall dry in character.
Moderate to light body with lots of champagne like carbonation.
Really nice brew I had at Taps in Portage, MI with Cameron. Drank Oct 3rd, 2016.

Appears to be a new version? Perfect color and head retention. The aroma is very pleasing and not overpowering. Good body and mouthfeel, hints of cinnamon and well balanced pumpkin. All in all this is a really nice rendition of a pumpkin ale.

Only found the brewery by chance and good luck it was! Happened to be at Bell's brewing for an out of state holiday visit and a local suggested we stop by on the way home,Fantastic suggestion!
Don't have too many recent experiences w/ pumpkin ales (about 4 this year) and missed the Upslope Gold medal winner despite being a few miles down the road.
Thought it was a very well balanced (unfiltered) Pumpkin ale,Some great spicy notes without being bombarded w/ any one ingredient (Both smell and taste).
I hope to see this brewery at GABF in 2012.

Thanks to my parents for bringing this growler on their trip from Michigan. Served in a snifter.
Pours a moderately-hazed bright orange color with a good off-white head and a bit of lacing on the way down. The nose carries a combination of scents that reminds me of Apple Jacks with some cinnamon and other fall and pumpkin spices. A bit of clove maybe. The flavor is along the same lines with more of a sweetness, and it's lacking in some of the malt depth that I enjoy from pumpkin ales. Light-medium body with good carbonation. A nice introduction to a brewery I'll hopefully get to know better during my next visit.
