Wow, a vanilla saison I had to pick this up sounded unique.... I loved the apricot and blueberry versions of this, so I figured I would give this a shot, it poured a light golden hue, with white foam, that was frothy and thick like marshmallows, the aroma yielded no hint that vanilla was present even knowing it was in the beer I was hard pressed to find much more than citrus and oak, the flavor more oak and citrus with a slight vanilla finish, as the beer warmed the vanilla shined through, but it had to be really warm at least 30 min before the vanilla was noticeable and I recommend you give his last 1/4 of this bottle a good swirl before finishing the pour what I thought was remnant yeast had a good vanilla punch in the beer, the mouthfeel is good carbonation and creamy toward the end overall a different saison that was enjoyable my wife loved it and I'll def seek out more
