Can poured into a Tioga Sequoia Brewing Co pint glass

A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.

S: Citrus runs the show, some light floral and piney notes, a little tropical fruit, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of sweetness.

T: Bright, citrus, lemon, orange, and grapefruit, light tropical fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, and faint papaya, pine, slight earthy herbal notes, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of sweetness.

M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.

O: Solid summer brew.

Look: Amber/bronze in color with minimal haze. Huge amounts of head, about 3 fingers worth of dense stark foam, but didn't leave much residual lacing.
Smell: Earthy with slight malt sweetness. Some citrus on the nose as well.
Taste: Follows the nose. Forward hop presence in a floral/earthy presentation. Finish is slightly bitter with citrus flavor, especially tangerine and grapefruit. Lemongrass flavor throughout.
Feel: Light to medium in body and weight, moderate carbonation. Nice feel and smooth with crisp finish.
Overall: Very enjoyable and something that truly gives Summer Vibes. I would try again. I am grateful to have tried. Cheers!

Pours hazy, though not completely opaque yellow, with 1.5 fingers of bright white head. Bubbles are somewhat large, head retention is about typical for the style, and there is virtually no lacing left on the glass. Smell is more similar to Mosaic hopped dry-hopped pale ales than lagers. Overall the nose is pleasant, dominated by sweet fruity notes. Taste follows the nose. Those who had plenty of galaxy hopped beers, will pick up on this hop immediately. Mosaic is discernible as well, around the middle, with it's notable sweetness. Back end is very pilsnery — bitter and dry, and fits rather well into the entirety of taste experience. The carbonation is about typical for IPLs, and the body is relatively full for the style. Overall, this is a very pleasant overhopped lager. You can still tell it's a lager, but this masterful use of galaxy and mosaic hops is bound to make it a winner even for those who don't usually go these styles.

For purposes of full disclosure, I am a galaxy whore, so not a huge surprise I really enjoyed this.
