We brewed a small collab with our friends from Grayview Brewing Co. This is a small batch beer is a hoppy lager using Idaho 7 and Centennial hops. Expect lots of fruit aromas and flavors with citrus top notes, and a little bit of soft pine in the background.

On tap at Tioga Sequoia Brewing Co
A: Pours pale straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles a thin layer fairly quickly and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Grassy, light pine, citrus zest, herbal, soft underlying tropical and stone fruit, and crackery malt.
T: Zesty citrus, lemon, lime, and tangerine, grassy, light pine, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, apricot, peach,
M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp.
O: Crisp, clean, refreshing. Hoppy without going into full IPL territory. Really fantastic Collab. Would definitely be a go to for summer if it wasn't such a small batch.
