Dry hopped saison on tap at Sabatini's in Exeter, PA this morning.
Arrived looking fine, hazy yellow body with big fluffy white head which maintained throughout, good amount of lacing.
aroma was primarily yeasty with a little spice.
Taste was really dry, neither yeasts or spices came through that much, and the hops were also quite muted. Having said that, it was a very nice and pleasing drink. Very refreshing.
Very dry on the finish, medium on the mouth.
Overall, a decent take on a saison. Non traditional maybe, but an enjoyable drink. My first offering from this brewery, will have to seek out more.
