Poured into a tumbler glass.
Look: Fairly thick light burnt orange color with slowly rising bubbles. A thick light cream colored head sits on top receding to a thick film, leaving light watery spots for lacing.
Aroma: Thick and creamy malts, wheat base, and dry, zesty lime and lemon peel. Citrus zest.
Taste: The bready, malt-driven body is the perfect host for the finish which is light, refreshing, citric, and zesty. The taste of real lime peel is present.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, a little creamy and dry.
Overall: Perfect beer for summer if you like lagers with citrus. The beer has some weight to it which is good -- it definitely feels like a craft lager as opposed to a lighter adjunct lager. Great use of lemon and lime.

500ml bottle poured into a snifter.
A: Sunny golden color with great clarity. Fine-bubbled white head retains at a thin cap. Spotty lacing.
S: Sharply citric and acidic nose. You guessed it- lemon and lime. Herbal hops. Doughy and crackery malts. Clean. That all there is to the nose.
T: Lemon-lime is the thread pulls through from beginning to end. Acidic citrus zing. Herbal hops come through now and again. Toasty and doughy malt. Yeast. Very clean. Lemon-lime finish.
M: Light bodied. Softly creamy and silky. Stiff prickling carbonation adds a nice refreshing bite, which is further accentuated by the acidic bite of lemon and lime. Eminently quaffable.
O: Simplicity rather than complexity is the key here. It focuses on a few simple flavors, but their interactions are perfect. It's super quaffable and built for quenching on a hot day. I'd bet that it would also make an excellent companion to Mexican food.

Light gold in color with a light haziness. There's a fingernail of off white around most of the rim and about a quarter of the top. The lemon and lime peel aroma remind me a bit of an uncarbonated Sprite. The flavor is a blend of a smooth pilsner and the lemon and lime peel give a bit more complexity and keep my tastebuds from being bored. The mouth is crisp, smooth, and a bit more heavily carbonated than the typical pilsner.

16oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left no lacing. It smelled of tart lemon and lime with some sweet caramel. Nice tart lemon & lime flavor with toasted caramel and a mild bitter bite.

Pours an effervescent & chill hazed straw color with a pinky of ivory colored head. Slightly above average head retention
S: Grassyness, lemon
T: Follows the nose, dryness, plus a little white grape. Slight graininess mixes with lemongrass & dryness as this warms, some pear as well. Finishes with some lime, a little bit pear, & slight white grapeyness
MF: Light body, fairly firm carbonation, alright balance
Drinks very easy, not bad, but I've had better
