On draft, in shaker pint
Medium brown in color, clear. Nice head. Bready aroma, a little toffee. Similar flavor in taste. Easy drinking, lighter body as to style.

I've not drank many Milds, so I'm unsure if this is typical of the style. In any case, I found it surprisingly flavorful for such a low ABV and superior to most of the currently fashionable session IPAs. It poured dark brown, with a decent head using what I presume is a CO2 system. I took a mini-growler home and drank it about a week later. Still delicious, given the ABV. A local pub (The Bull's Head) often has St. Boniface beers on the hand pump, and I'm hoping this makes it over.
