Bottled Jan 2017, so it may be a bit past its prime, but it's perhaps aged interestingly.
Smell is mildly tart with earthy spicy hops and pale malt.
Taste is light and funky, a little tart. Similar to the smell, with a dry finish.
It's well carbonated, but that could be due to the long time bottle-conditioning.
Pretty interesting, glad I got to try it!
