I've chosen to review under USA because this brew (on tap) was Germany vs USA. It had Palisade, Azacca, and Citra Hops.
Good bar pour head that lasts to the last drop. It leaves an excellent blanket of lace throughout the tasting. Light amber color with a mild chill haze.
The smell is hop forward but not overwhelming. Some citrus and pine. Very mild pale malt in the background.
Soft round pale malt initially. This gives way to a strong biting bitterness of straight up hop pellets. Full bodied with a good carbonation level. Basically a hop lovers beer.
