On-tap 1/8/2017 at Natty Greeneās Tavern in North Attleboro, MA, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a deep cloudy gold color, with a large off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains fruity citrus, floral hops and caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out sweet with strong flavors of fruity citrus and caramel. Then a strong floral hops bitterness quickly follows. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Very tasty, goes down quite easily, not too filling, good kick, very good representation of style, this is a very good IPA to drink for a long time.
