Going back to the roots of the craft beer movement, we brewed a traditional east coast IPA that blends English techniques with American ingredients. This is not a “hazy” IPA but one that has some malt character, some bitterness and some delicious hop character.

Pours a foggy amber orange with a dense creamy lasting white foam head. Notes of papaya, orange citrus, grapefruit, berries, tropical fruit, mango, guava, passionfruit, pineapple, slightly toasted bready caramelized malts, with dank bitter grassy resinous earthy herbal woodsy pine. Feels medium plus bodied, creamy with smooth moderate carbonation. Overall a real nice IPA.
