Inspired by the rich Belgian brewing tradition, our Grand Cru is crafted to warm the soul as the colder months arrive. This boundless style shines with a delicate blend of citrus peel, coriander, and a hint of nutmeg, enhancing the complex flavors from our Belgian house yeast.

Pours cloudy hazy dark amber orange with a creamy frothy off-white foam head. Smells like toasted malts, caramel, honey, toffee, molasses, brown sugar, bubblegum, overripe banana, apricot, apple, pear, orange citrus, lemon, coriander, clove, peppercorn spice, dark dried fruits, raisin, fig, prune, dates, plum, hint of chocolate, nutmeg, with floral earthy grassy pine. Tastes fairly light and moderately intense with similar notes of apricot, orange citrus, lemon, bubblegum, overripe banana, apple, pear, dark dried fruits, raisin, fig, prune, dates, plum, hint of chocolate, toasted malts, caramel, honey, toffee, molasses, brown sugar, coriander, clove, nutmeg, peppercorn spice, with floral earthy grassy pine. Feels medium-light bodied, creamy slick with smooth moderate low carbonation. Overall a real nice Belgian winter ale.
