Light brown color and clear. Lasting, but small, head. Doesn't leave much lace. Just a couple of spots.
Plenty of alcohol nose. Dark malt aroma but without any sugar.
Relatively bland darker malt start. The swallow brings out the alcohol warmth. The aftertaste has a surprisingly unexpected hop bite. Thin bodied and highly carbonated for the style.
