A - Goldenrod color, towering pillow of white tight knit cap. Vigorous carbonation feeds the cap
S - A gentle brett nose, touch of wet straw, and honey,
T - Wonderful, sweet malt, gently hopped and delightfu
M - Medium in body, carbonation dances across the palate, finish is dry and delightful
O - A beautiful brett offering from Mystic, not heavy handed, and worth seeking out
