Big fluffy creamy 3 finger head fades at a med pace, little lacing, crystal clear tan pale color slight sediment
Nose tart lemony lacto like sour, creamy sour funk, lemony little Brett like sour and barnyard funk, mild grassy floral hops, flemmy acidic aroma
Taste starts very sour, sour Skittles candy, mega war heads, sweet sugar with lots of lemon tartness and fruity notes, lacto sour acidic funk, little barnyard funk, creamy, cereal doughy grain, raw bread dough, some grassy floral hops with little fruity mostly late, flemmy sticky finish, more acidity and lemon
Mouth is med to lighter bod, sour flemmy tart and acidic
Overall not bad, more like a Berliner than anything, hops were not very prominent.

750ml brown bottle, sample from the brewery.
Hazed straw yellow hue, awesome display of lacing. Smells of some tart exotic berries, I'm thinking gooseberries. Lots of herbal grass hop resin in the nose as well. Dry and tart with a nutty cracker maltiness as a backdrop, big tartness. Lightly dank dry-hopped flavor distracts the palate from the tartness for a brief moment. Easy to sip, very enjoyable.

Poured from a 750ml bottle marked 000319 into a tulip glass,
A - Lemon drop yellow in color, slightly hazy, marauding carbonation piles upward. The accumulated cap of bright white tight knit froth rides the entire time.
S - Musty straw, chalk, young wheat, forsythia in bloom, some traces of lemongrass, mingle with orange blossom. The aromatics are delicate and enticing.
T - A wonderful mineral, tartness, light grains, mingle effortlessly with bright hop flavors, German Huell Melon comes to mind. All the flavors a wrapped tightly with the slight acidity as the overall driver here.
M - Super light, super dry, super delicious, The start runs right down the middle of the palate, the tongues edges roll up as the sour parades through, then the amazing chalky dry finish pushes its way through, Not to be out done the linger is tart and endless. The carbonation is relentless and adds an airy quality to the experience.
O - A superbly well constructed offering from Mystic, light in its ABV 3.9%, Complex aromatics, bold on the palate. and pretty easy on the eyes as well.
Worth seeking out.
