Poured from a can dated 7/13/2018 into the test glass
A - Golden wheat color, hyper active carbonation, relentlessly feeds the loose knit white froth. A touch of haze adds a nice opaque curtain.
S - Lemon grass, spring grains, a bit of mustiness is pitch perfect,
T - Delicate grains, house yeast, honey on a dry cracker, grape skin all add up to a delightful melange.
M - Crisp on the palate, medium in body for a 4% offering. A tart thread runs through this experience. That musty yeast feel turns out an ashen dry finish, The carbonation dance across the palate borders on prickly.
O - A very good Grisette, less tart than Clara, but delightfully rich, showing the grains up front, adding to the experience that yeast is spot on, floral hops and a spicy finish. This is a beautiful beer

This is crazy delicious...I'm not terribly familiar with the grisette style, but I'm fully on board. Crackery bready and dry up front with a very nice juicy/lemony hoppy bite. Even though Mystic is making some ridiculous ipa's these days, this is a wonderful reminder of what Mystic really does best.
